Rituals and ceremonies for important moments in life, life transitions.
Rituals
Rituals and ceremonies for important moments in life, life thresholds/transitions.
In my practice I use rituals. I also conduct Ceremonies for various moments in life.
I love rituals. I see how much we miss them in our everyday lives.
Rituals are important because they empower us – individually and collectively
The rituals are meant also to help us to go through different processes in our life and grow. They help us work through difficult problems.
They help us to learn, to grow, to connect. They also give us a frame and the structure in life.
When done together with other people, for instance in Ceremonies, they create the sense of community and togetherness which brings us back the sense of belonging.
Ceremonies
Across cultures, people have always performed ceremonies in times of uncertainty.
When everything around us is changing, and we feel anxious, ceremony gives us a sense of structure, grounding and comfort.
Ceremonies are the way to connect.
They can forge a sense of belonging and connection.
Ceremonies are important part of human nature, promoting resilience, solidarity, and providing a sense of structure.
They are also an opportunity to move through different moments and stages in life.
In the uncertain times or during any transition in life, I believe ceremonies are even more important.
It’s also a wonderful way to celebrate and honour the life itself.
If you are interested in organising the Ceremony for yourself or your beloved, don’t hesitate to contact me to arrange the details.
A Mother’s Blessing Ceremony
A Mother’s Blessing Ceremony refers to a beautiful tradition found in many indigenous tribes and communities.
It is a celebration that concerns a woman’s rite of passage to motherhood. Unlike the traditional Western custom of “baby shower”, where a lot of the emphasis is on buying gifts for the baby, the Ceremony of Blessings is a time of care and support for a woman who is about to give birth.
It is a celebration of entering motherhood.
Such a ceremony is a beautiful and unique way to honor a mother and give her support and attention.
There is a place to share stories, tame fears and feel your strength. Such support from close women is an invaluable gift before childbirth and is an important part of preparation for childbirth and motherhood itself.
The ceremony is individually tailored to the mother to be and can be initiated by the pregnant woman herself or be a gift from her loved ones, sisters, friends or acquaintances. Traditionally, it is a meeting of women who are important to the pregnant woman – those who support her, respect her and give her support.
It helps a woman prepare for the birth – emotionally, spiritually and mentally, and helps her adapt to the role of a mother.
The ceremony is a beautiful rite of passage – it allows woman to consolidate the transition from her current identity and introduce her to another one.
It can be a moment of healing, love, time and attention for the mother.
I organize Mother’s Blessing Ceremony in Krakow and the surrounding area.
It is possible to have it outside Krakow or wherever I travel, after the prior arrangement.
